Tournament Participation Agreement
Effective upon sign-up submission. By registering for any tournament hosted by Ninjutsu Entertainment, the participant ("Player") agrees to the following terms.
Age Requirement & Eligibility
- Players must be 18 years of age or older.
- By signing up, the Player confirms they meet the age requirement.
- Any player found to be under 18 will be disqualified without refund.
- Players are responsible for accurate registration: gamer tag, platform, contact info, payment details.
Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Players may withdraw before registration closes. After registration closes, withdrawals are no longer permitted. Refunds follow the policy stated at sign-up.
Conduct
Cheating, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct results in immediate disqualification and possible account suspension.
Disputes
All disputes must be submitted through the dispute form within 24 hours of the match in question. Decisions of Ninjutsu Entertainment staff are final.
